Monitoring - Users have reported an uptick in WorkflowMax emails getting filtered into their junk inbox. We are working with AWS to avoid this issue going forward, but users can add noreply@post.workflowmax2.com to a safelist via their preferred email client and 'mark as not spam' to help prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

Investigating -
We are aware of an issue impacting the ability to generate an invoice/quote/purchase order/job brief when using a custom print template PDF. The 3rd party provider supports with the generation of these print templates is currently experiencing a service outage.
